El trabajo colegiado se constituye como una forma de trabajo que visibiliza el clima escolar que se desarrolla a partir de la participación y complementariedad de los conocimientos, habilidades y experiencias del personal directivo y docente en aras de optimizar la enseñanza y los aprendizajes. En este sentido, la presente investigación tiene por objetivo describir las percepciones de los docentes sobre el trabajo colegiado, desde el marco del clima escolar, en una institución educativa de Lima (Perú). El recojo de la información se realizó mediante la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes del nivel primaria, considerando como categorías el liderazgo, la comunicación y motivación. A partir del análisis, se concluye que, en esta institución educativa, se genera un clima de apertura y confianza liderado por la subdirectora y los docentes que tienen más experiencia. No obstante, se percibe la existencia de conflictos durante el trabajo colegiado debido a la forma de pensar y actuar de los docentes que se integran recientemente.
