Representación de la imagen femenina en un contexto de violencia

Abstract

La presente investigación artística analiza la construcción cultural del individuo, enfocándolo a partir de un análisis sobre la influencia del machismo en la sociedad. Propone entender la desigualdad de género que existe aún en la actualidad. Y que a pesar del contexto social que se supone dicta la igualdad de éstos ante la ley y existen mecanismo de protección a personas vulnerables como mujeres víctimas de violencia, a la fecha se divisa una realidad distinta a la esperada. Se presenta también la propuesta artística La Silueta Anónima, la cual busca visibilizar mediante la producción de un proyecto escultórico y de instalación multimedia, el contexto de violencia y agresión hacia la mujer en el Perú. Cabe mencionar que a pesar del contexto histórico que precede la lucha que han tenido las mujeres para tener el mismo acceso a derechos que los varones. Y habiéndose avanzado progresivamente desde la posibilidad de sufragar, hasta el de acceder a educación y trabajo para lograr un desarrollo autónomo. Aún hay problemáticas reflejadas en la población, que sugieren que lo que se creía había alcanzado, todavía no se consolida del todo en la realidad y hay aspectos en los que se tiene que seguir trabajando. Finalmente se propone analizar la ley N.° 30364 para la construcción de un archivo personal que refleje la problemática de violencia contra la mujer, así como los vacíos legales que dificultan la forma de encontrar justicia en el sistema judicial peruano. Este archivo será usado como eje principal para llevar a cabo el proyecto artístico de la presentación.

The present artistic research analyzes the cultural construction of the individual, thus focusing it from an analysis of the influence of machismo in society. It proposes to understand the gender inequality that persists to date. And that despite the social context that is supposed to dictate their equality before the law and there are protection mechanisms for vulnerable people such as women victims of violence, to date a different reality than expected can be seen. The artistic proposal La Silueta Anónima is also presented, which seeks to make visible, through the production of a sculptural project and multimedia installation, the context of violence and aggression against women in Peru. It is worth mentioning that despite the historical context that precedes the struggle that women have had to have the same access to rights as men. And having progressively advanced from the possibility of paying, to accessing education and work to achieve autonomous development. There are still problems reflected in the population, which suggest that what was believed to have been achieved is not yet fully consolidated in reality or that there are aspects that still have to be worked on. It is proposed to analyze Law No. 30364 for the construction of a personal file that reflects the problem of violence against women, as well as the legal loopholes that make it difficult to find justice in the Peruvian judicial system. This file will be used as the main axis to carry out the artistic project of the presentation.
