El Derecho de Autor y las plataformas streaming

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza el derecho de los autores, artistas, productores fonográficos y organismos de radiodifusión respecto del uso de sus producciones en plataformas streaming, así como las principales infracciones que se cometen a través de dichas plataformas. Finalmente, revisamos las decisiones más recientes que ha emitido la Comisión de Derecho de Autor del Indecopi con relación al bloqueo de páginas web que brindan el servicio de streaming en el Perú.This article analyzes the right of authors, artists, phonographic producers and broadcasting organizations in relation with the use of their productions through streaming platforms, as well as the main infringements that the users are committed in this platforms. Finally, we review the most recent decisions issued by the Indecopi Copyright Commission in relation to the blocking of websites that provide the streaming service in Peru.
