Abstract
El proceso de M A cuenta con varias etapas, donde un asesor legal participa, principalmente, a partir en la elaboración del due diligence legal y, luego, en la negociación de los contratos previo al cierre. Sin embargo, es importante conocer y entender las motivaciones del vendedor y el comprador para realizar la transacción del M A.
The M A procedure has many stages and a legal advisor mainly starts its advisory during the execution of the legal due diligence and then in the negotiation of the transaction documents prior to the closing.
