Abstract
El presente trabajo pretende explicar los fundamentos de la supervisión del sistema asegurador y luego pasa una revista al funcionamiento del ente supervisor en el Perú de manera crítica, pero siempre de manera constructiva.
The present work tries to explain the fundamentals of the supervision of the insurance system and then passes a review to the functioning of the supervisor in Peru in a critical way, but always in a constructive way.
