Abstract
La autora busca introducirnos al sistema de promoción de la inversión en la generación de energía eléctrica con recursos energéticos renovables; así como a los aspectos más importantes de las subastas y la naturaleza de los contratos de suministro de electricidad entre empresas privadas y el Estado Peruano.
The author seeks to introduce the system to promote investment in electricity generation using renewable energy resources. As well as, the most important aspects of auctioning and the power purchase agreements signed between private companies and the Peruvian government.
