Epistemología del Derecho: Revisitando las Tres Matrices Jurídicas

Abstract

La Teoría jurídica puede articular la concepción tridimensional de Real dominanteen Brasil, revista por el análisis Semiótico de los tres modelos de Ferraz Jr., y Robert Alexy en una teoría de Derecho caracterizada por tres Matrices con predominio de la Comunicación sistémica. La diferencia está en el énfasis en la Organización en lugar del sujeto atomizado.

Law Theory can articulate Reale tridimensional conception, which is predominant in Brazil, revised by a semiotic analysis of the three models of Ferraz Jr. and Robert Alexy, in a Law Theory characterized by three matrices, with a predominance of systemic communication. The difference lies in the emphasis on organization instead of the atomized subject.
