Abstract
Se refiere a un problema fascinante, universal y fundamental, similar al problema de la causalidad, es decir a las consecuencias indirectas (remotenes) del daño. Al considerar esto presumimos que el acusado ha causado un daño por su conducta ilegal y preguntamos por qué consecuencias del acto ilegal será considerado responsable.
