Resumen
La construcción sostenible ha llegado al mundo como la única solución para disminuir
los impactos negativos medioambientales que genera el sector construcción. La
sostenibilidad contribuye positivamente en la eficiencia de una vivienda tanto desde la
construcción de esta, por la optimización de materiales y transporte; como en su
funcionalidad, gracias a sistemas de ahorro y principalmente a estrategias de diseño
que tengan como objetivo brindar un mayor confort a los usuarios y no generar un
impacto negativo en su contexto.
En el Perú, actualmente existe un gran déficit de vivienda y en muchas zonas aún se
vive con mucha precariedad, por lo que es imperativo promover la construcción de
viviendas sostenibles. Así, estas podrán brindar un hogar eficiente a las personas que
lo habiten, además de generar un aporte al mundo construyendo sin contaminar el
medio ambiente y generando un mayor rendimiento de la inversión.
La presente investigación analiza los criterios y medidas sostenibles en tres proyectos
de vivienda multifamiliar en el Perú desde diferentes certificaciones y sistemas de
evaluación. El objetivo de la investigación es entender cómo desde la construcción
sostenible resulta posible disminuir el impacto ambiental de la construcción e
identificar las diferentes estrategias que pueden comenzar a generar cambios
benéficos al medio ambiente.
Sustainable construction has come to the world as the only solution to reduce the negative environmental impacts generated by the construction sector. Sustainability contributes positively to the efficiency of a home both from its construction, through the optimization of materials and transportation; as in its function, thanks to savings systems and mainly to design strategies that aim to provide greater comfort to users and not generate a negative impact on their context. In Peru, there is currently a large housing deficit and in many areas there is still a lot of precariousness, so it is imperative to promote the construction of sustainable housing. Thus, they will be able to provide an efficient home to the people who inhabit it, in addition to generating a report to the world by building without polluting the environment and generating a higher return on investment. This research analyzes the sustainable criteria and measures in three multi-family housing projects in Peru from different certifications and evaluation systems. The objective of the research is to understand how from sustainable construction it is possible to reduce the environmental impact of construction and to identify the different strategies that can begin to generate beneficial changes to the environment.
