Resumen
Perfila-T es una plataforma web diseñada para mejorar las habilidades de comunicación
de estudiantes de universidades públicas en Lima, a partir del sexto ciclo, que buscan
perfeccionar su desempeño en presentaciones y entrevistas profesionales. En un mercado laboral
altamente competitivo, las habilidades blandas son cruciales para el éxito personal y profesional.
La plataforma aborda esta necesidad proporcionando herramientas interactivas que fortalecen la
capacidad de comunicación, expresión y confianza de los usuarios.
La metodología de Perfila-T contribuye en el desarrollo de habilidades de comunicación
verbal y no verbal a través de talleres de improvisación. Además, utiliza inteligencia artificial
para analizar el desempeño en simulaciones de entrevistas laborales, brinda asesoramiento en la
creación de hojas de vida y ofrece asesoría psicológica. El objetivo es que los estudiantes
desarrollen habilidades blandas clave para diferenciarse en el ámbito laboral buscando reducir
las brechas en Educación de Calidad y Trabajo Decente y Crecimiento Económico,
contribuyendo así a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.
Finalmente, desde el punto de vista financiero, el análisis destaca la sostenibilidad del
modelo de negocio, resaltando el potencial de generación de flujo de efectivo. Esto se logró a
través de los ingresos del segmento B2C, mediante la venta de paquetes de licencias, y se
escalará mediante el segmento B2B, como escuelas de educación secundaria, escuelas de
negocios y empresas especializadas en reclutamiento, donde los contratos por volumen de
licencias ofrecen oportunidades estratégicas para ampliar la base de clientes.

The objective is for students to develop key soft skills to differentiate themselves in the workplace, seeking to reduce gaps in Quality Education and Decent Work and Economic Growth, thus contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals. Finally, from a financial point of view, the analysis highlights the sustainability of the business model, highlighting the potential for cash flow generation. This was achieved through revenue from the B2C segment, through the sale of license packages, and will be scaled through the B2B segment, such as secondary schools, business schools and companies specialized in recruitment, where license volume contracts They offer strategic opportunities to expand the potential universe of clients.
