Percepción del contexto nacional y su relación con el clima emocional, el bienestar y la identidad nacional en una muestra de estudiantes de Cajamarca, Lima y Pucallpa

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza la percepción del Contexto Nacional y las relaciones existentes entre Clima Emocional, Bienestar e Identidad Nacional, en una muestra de estudiantes universitarios de Cajamarca, Lima y Pucallpa (N = 288). Los resultados muestran que la Identificación con el Perú se relaciona significativamente con el Clima Positivo. Asimismo, el Clima Positivo está relacionado directamente con el Bienestar Social y el Bienestar Subjetivo, principalmente en estudiantes de Cajamarca y Pucallpa. Finalmente, todas las variables se vinculan directamente con la percepción del Contexto Nacional, aunque con diferencias intergrupales entre Cajamarca, Lima y Pucallpa.

This research paper analyzes the perception of National Context and the relationships between Emotional Climate, Well-Being and National Identity in a sample of students from three different cities in Peru (N = 288). The results suggest that the Positive Climate score has related significantly the Identification with Peru and the Positive Climate has related positive with Social Well-Being and Subjective Well-Being, mostly in Cajamarca and Pucallpa’s students. Finally, all variables are related directly with the perception of National Context, but with inter-group differences between Cajamarca, Lima and Pucallpa.
