Abstract
En el presente trabajo se pretende analizar las recientes normas promulgadas sobre igualdad salarial entre hombres y mujeres. Procederemos a realizar una crítica desde un enfoque práctico y jurídico a esta normativa y a evaluar cuales serían los siguientes impulsos legislativos que deberán darse a futuro para lograr la tan ansiada igualdad entre hombres y mujeres en el mundo del trabajo.
This paper aims to analyze the recent regulations related to salary equality between men and women. We will make a feedback from a practical and legal approach to this regulation and we will evaluate what would be the next legislative impulses that must be given in the future to achieve the long-awaited equality in the working world.
