Abstract

The particular thing about this case is that, during the review of the facts, prior to the non-assignment of effective tasks, other acts occur that affect the fundamental rights of the worker, which have not been warned and, therefore, have not been considered. as offending behaviors subject to sanctions. In this way, the analysis proposes the evaluation of the offending behaviors not noticed by the inspector, so that we will determine if, in the present case, other acts of hostility occur that affect other rights of the worker.
