Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo general analizar la valoración
acerca de la gestión institucional en términos de identidad, liderazgo, formación
integral de los estudiantes y comunidad educativa en estudiantes, docentes y
padres de familia de una institución educativa confesional de Lima.
Los objetivos específicos son: Analizar la valoración acerca de la identidad
de la Orden de Agustinos Recoletos (OAR) en estudiantes, docentes y padres de
familia; analizar la valoración acerca del liderazgo en estudiantes, docentes y
padres de familia; analizar la valoración acerca de la formación integral en
estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia; y analizar la valoración acerca de la
comunidad educativa en estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia.
El enfoque es cuantitativo, del tipo descriptivo y correlacional, ya que busca
caracterizar la gestión institucional en cuatro dimensiones de estudio, así como la
relación que existe entre las variables independientes (sexo, nivel de religiosidad,
años de permanencia en el colegio, entre otros aspectos) respecto a la variable
estudiada. El instrumento empleado es el cuestionario de preguntas cerradas y
alternativas de respuesta con escala tipo Likert para cada uno de los actores
estudiados.
Como resultado de la investigación, se aprecia una valoración positiva de
docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia hacia la identidad institucional,
entendida como la vivencia del carisma de la orden, modelo pedagógico y de
gestión por parte de todos los actores de la organización. Esta misma valoración
se refleja en la dimensión de formación integral de los estudiantes, la cual no se
centra en el aprendizaje como meta sino en el desarrollo de un proyecto de vida
que le permite al estudiante trascender como ser humano, concepto propio de las
escuelas católicas. No obstante, se recomienda mejorar la comunicación entre los
miembros, el recojo y sistematización de la información, y la promoción del
desarrollo profesional docente con el fin de mejorar la gestión institucional de la
escuela.
The general objective of this study is to analyze the assessment of institutional management in terms of identity, leadership, comprehensive training of students and educational community in students, teachers and parents of a confessional educational institution in Lima. The specific objectives are: to analyze the assessment of the Orden de Agustinos Recoletos (OAR) identity in students, teachers and parents; to analyze the assessment of leadership in students, teachers and parents; to analyze the assessment of comprehensive training in students, teachers and parents; and analyze the assessment about the educational community in students, teachers and parents. The approach is quantitative of the descriptive and correlational type, since it seeks to characterize the institutional management in four dimensions of study, as well as the relationship that exists between the independent variables (sex, level of religiosity, years of permanence in the school, among other aspects) with respect to the variable studied. The instrument used is the questionnaire of closed questions and alternative responses with a Likert-type scale for each of the actors studied. As a result of the research, a positive assessment of teachers, students and parents towards the institutional identity, understood as the experience of the charism of the order, pedagogical and management model by all the actors of the organization is appreciated. This same assessment is reflected in the integral formation dimension of the students, which does not focus on learning as a goal but on the development of a life project that allows them to transcend as a human being, typical concept of catholic schools. However, it is recommended to improve communication between members, the collection and systematization of information and the promotion of professional teacher development, in order to improve the institutional management of the school.
