Resumen
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo realizar el planeamiento estratégico para
CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS Y SISTEMAS S.A., la cual se dedica actualmente a brindar
soluciones integrales en Capacitación en ERP SAP y Servicios Profesionales, ello con el
objeto de optimizar la gestión de los procesos de cualquier negocio.
Con cinco años en el mercado, CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS Y SISTEMAS S.A. está
enfrentando el reto de reinventarse, el cual tiene como visión ser el único referente del
mercado peruano en brindar los servicios relacionados a SAP, para ello debe aprovechar
sus fortalezas y el entorno positivo de crecimiento en el sector de tecnología, especialmente
en temas de software; así como potenciar sus puntos débiles y mitigar las amenazas
externas; buscando maximizar la rentabilidad a través del desarrollo y ejecución de
distintas estrategias.
El presente documento propone planes de acción, estrategias y objetivos
desarrollados bajo un proceso estratégico secuencial, tomando como referencia los
siguientes factores determinantes de éxito: (a) La capacidad de apalancamiento financiero,
(b) personal capacitado en consultoría SAP, (c) integrar un grupo con solidez financiera en
el mercado y (d) la alianza con SAP reconocida en el mercado.
El presente plan está basado en un análisis externo e interno de CENTRO,
asimismo, se presentan las estrategias las cuales apuntan a esfuerzos internos intensivos y
de integración con otras entidades privadas. Cabe precisar que todo la propuesta del plan
gira alrededor de la visión a futuro, la misión institucional y las variables internas del
negocio. Por último, se presentan los resultados, indicadores y acciones pertinentes para
cada uno de los objetivos, los mismos que deben ser revisados y mejorados de forma
periódica.
This research aims to carry out an strategic planning for the enterprise CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS Y SISTEMAS S.A., which is currently engaged in providing solutions in ERP SAP training and Professional Services, this in order to optimize the management of any business process. With five years on the market, CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS Y SISTEMAS S.A. is facing the challenge of reinventing itself, which has vision to be the only reference in the Peruvian market in providing services related to SAP. To achieve that objective, the company should seize their strengths and positive environment for growth in the sector of technology, especially in software issues, as well as enhance its weaknesses and mitigate external threats; seeking to maximize profitability through the development and implementation of different strategies. This document proposes action plans, strategies and objectives developed under a sequential strategic process, taking as reference the following determining factors of success: (a) the capacity of financial leverage, (b) staff trained in SAP consulting, (c) integrate a group with strong financial market, and (d) the alliance with SAP recognized in the market. This plan is based on an internal and external analysis of CENTRO, likewise, are strategies which are running intensive internal efforts and integration with other private entities. It should be noted that all the proposed plan revolves around the future vision, institutional mission and the internal variables of the business. Finally, the results are presented along with indicators and relevant actions for each of the objectives, which must be revised and improved periodically.
