Abstract
El presente artículo tiene dos objetivos: explicar cómo ha evolucionado la agenda de la calidad regulatoria en el ámbito de la OCDE, y cuál es el principal aporte que nos brinda y del cual debemos aprender, ahora que el Perú tiene el compromiso de implementar las recomendaciones realizadas por dicha organización internacional para mejorar nuestro sistema regulatorio.
The objective of the article is twofold: to explain how the regulatory quality agenda has been developed by the OCDE and to identify its main contribution which is very important given that Peru is in the process of implementing recommendations issued by the OCDE aimed at improving the regulatory system in the country.
