Frente a ello,
organizacional.
Generational diversity is a poorly rated fact in the dynamics of educational organizations. In spite of this, it is in schools that we find a great diversity among those who are part of it. Faced with this, the research "Managing generational teacher diversity and its challenges to teamwork: a case study", analyzes the challenges of generational teacher diversity in the management of teamwork. From a qualitative approach and applying interviews to eight informants representing the different generations indicated in the study, it has been possible to identify the willingness that the teachers have towards the generational diversity existing in the studied institution, as well as to analyze how the interactions between these and describe how the accompaniment for the development of teamwork teaching from the generational point of view is given. In this sense, it has been identified that informing teachers consider the generational diversity as valuable as it contributes to the development of the institution and to its personal progress; however, certain perceptions are found that interfere with intergenerational relations, such as not sharing the same vision about a specific aspect or perceiving attitudes that do not facilitate an adequate interaction. Finally, teachers recognize the need to create spaces and moments that allow adequate accompaniment, an aspect that is not satisfactorily developed in the institution. It can be concluded that, based on this research, it is recognized that despite the existence of challenges and challenges in the management of generational diversity, it plays a relevant role for the development of work in a teaching team and, therefore, in an adequate organizational climate.
