Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como principal objetivo conocer cuál es el impacto de la
implementación de una metodología de planeamiento estratégico, metodologías de
confiabilidad de mantenimiento, y metodologías de análisis de costos dentro de los indicadores
principales de una organización. Se busca determinar cuánto puede mejorar el costo
operacional es el área de mantenimiento de una unidad minera mediante la implementación de
estrategias definidas por un estudio del contexto de la organización, reconociendo aquellos
elementos o factores internos y externos y su relación entre ellos, aprovechándonos para
realizar acciones, y controlarlas adecuadamente para conseguir un mejor desempeño en
comparación con otras empresas del mismo porte. Se utilizó una metodología de estudio de
caso en una unidad minera. Al final del trabajo podremos percibir la importancia de aplicar un
mantenimiento predictivo en los equipos móviles de una organización, entender que es posible
obtener un beneficio tanto comercial como técnico mediante la estandarización de la flota de
activos móviles, que también es factible optimizar el flujo de caja de la empresa mediante la
toma de decisiones asociadas a los equipos móviles, que a su vez mediante el tratamiento de
contratos podemos mejorar la performance del mantenimiento de rutina, la importancia de la
confiabilidad aplicada a los equipos móviles, la optimización que se puede tener mediante una
perspectiva o visión a largo plazo, y finalmente que es importante mantener una tendencia a
desarrollar iniciativas ESG con el fin de mantener un desarrollo sustentable y sostenible para la
empresa en la que se aplique el proyecto.
The present investigation has as main objective to understand what’s the impact of the implementation of a strategic planning methodology, maintenance reliability methodologies, and cost analysis methodologies within the main indicators of an organization. It seeks to determine how much the operational cost can improve in the maintenance area of a mining unit through the implementation of strategies defined by a study of the context of the organization, recognizing those elements or internal and external factors and their relationship between them, taking advantage of us to carry out actions, and control them properly to achieve a better performance compared to other companies of the same size. A case study methodology was used in a mining unit. At the end of the investigation, we will be able to perceive the importance of applying predictive maintenance in the heavy mobile equipment of an organization, understand that it is possible to obtain both a commercial and technical benefit through the standardization of the fleet of mobile assets, that it is also feasible to optimize the flow of cash flow of the company through decision-making associated with heavy mobile equipment, which in turn through the treatment of contracts we can improve the performance of routine maintenance, the importance of reliability applied to mobile equipment, the optimization that can be had through a long-term perspective, and finally that it is important to maintain a tendency to develop ESG initiatives in order to maintain a sustainable development for the company in which the project is applied.
