The author concludes his analysis by questioning the method of selecting judges of the highest constitutional court in the recent experience, task that has finally been committed to the spokespersons of political parties. Thus, the author believes that not only participation of the other branches of government -which were responsible for proposing candidates according to the text of 1979- would be relegated, but also civil society as a whole.
