Resumen
El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es realizar el diagnóstico
operativo empresarial de Negociaciones Peruanita SAC., que va a permitir elaborar un
conjunto de propuestas de mejoras aplicando para ello, los conocimientos adquiridos
en la Maestría de Dirección de Operaciones Productivas, que ayudarán a incrementar
la competitividad, rentabilidad, y sostenibilidad de la empresa. Las propuestas están
reforzadas por los conceptos y estrategias de mejora continua que se emplean en las
empresas líderes del rubro en el ámbito mundial, que facilitará su expansión a nuevos
mercados de la región.
Dentro del diagnóstico elaborado, se revisaron los hitos de la gestión de las
operaciones productivas de Negociaciones Peruanita SAC., lo cual permitió definir las
estrategias que fortalecerán y ofrecerán mayor posicionamiento a la marca en el
mercado. Por otro lado, se identificaron las mejoras que son necesarias que se
implementen en el área productiva para aumentar la productividad y rentabilidad de la
empresa, todo ello orientado al uso eficiente de sus recursos y al aseguramiento de sus
operaciones enfocadas en el cliente y en la minimización de los riesgos.
A partir del comportamiento de las ventas del arroz embolsado en el sector
retail, se identifica un crecimiento constante, y se prevé que con el desarrollo de los
centros comerciales se obtenga mayor presencia de la marca en el ámbito nacional, a
través de su inserción en las grandes cadenas de supermercados que se aperturan con
mayor frecuencia en todo el país. Es por esta razón que la sostenibilidad aplicada a la
estrategia empresarial, va más allá del cumplimiento de las obligaciones jurídicas,
fiscales, o laborales, siendo de alta importancia: (a) el aumento en la inversión del
capital humano y tecnología; (b) el fortalecimiento de sus proveedores; y (c) la
implementación del enfoque de clúster que permita una mejor vinculación con los
gremios empresariales representativos, el Gobierno en sus distintos ámbitos (i.e.,
nacional, regional y local), el sector de conocimientos, y la sociedad civil, con el fin
de viabilizar la implementación de las mejoras priorizadas
The main objective of this investigation is to make the business operational diagnosis of Negociaciones Peruanita SAC., in which a set of proposals for improvements are made by applying the knowledge acquired in the Master of Management of Production Operations, which will increase competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability of the company. The proposals are supported by the concepts and continuous improvement strategies that are used in the leading companies in the industry in the world, which will facilitate its expansion into new markets in the region. Within the diagnosis, the main topics of management of production operations of Negociaciones Peruanita SAC. were reviewed, which allowed to define strategies that will strengthen and provide greater brand positioning in the market. On the other hand, the improvements that are needed to be implemented in the production area to increase productivity and profitability were identified. All these aspects should be directed to: (a) efficient use of its resources and (b) ensuring their customer-focused operations and minimizing risks. From the behavior of bagged rice sales in the retail sector, a steady growth is identified, and it’s expected that brand presence will increase with the development of shopping centers at the national level, through placement these in large supermarkets nowadays. That's why sustainability applied to business strategy, exceeds compliance with different obligations (i.e., legal, tax, or employment). Finally, it’s important: (a) increasing investment in human capital and technology; (b) strengthening its suppliers; and (c) implementation of the cluster approach that allows a better link with representative business associations, the Government in its different areas (i.e., national, regional, and local), industry knowledge, and civil society, in order to make possible the implementation of prioritized improvements
