Abstract
This document proposes to generate value in the supply chain of Laive S.A. through the change in the selection approach of its raw milk suppliers, seeking a sustainable model. Although it is true Laive S.A. works closely to its suppliers, providing training, supervision and financing, this is not enough to ensure the sustainability of the business. The improvement proposal includes the sustainability policy, as well as the guidelines for the sustainable strategy of its supply chain. In this order, an evaluation procedure has been proposed based on the economic, social and environmental pillars. Through this, suppliers will be evaluated periodically, in order to determine whether or not they are eligible for the company. The sustainable selection of suppliers contributes to at least seven of the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda, such as: a) ending hunger, b) guaranteeing health and well-being, c) promoting economic growth, d) reducing inequality, e) guarantee sustainable production, f) promote fair and inclusive societies and g) to generate alliances to achieve the objectives. This seeks to generate a positive impact on the sustainability of the planet, which will be measured through a series of proposed indicator metrics. The project is planned to be implemented in four months, with a budget of S/ 141,100, VNA of S/ 149,942.52 y and TIR of 59%. In order to ensure its implementation, a change management process, communications management and mitigation of risks that may arise between the different interest groups has been proposed.
