Contenidos afectivos en los Episodios de Cambio a lo largo de un proceso psicoterapéutico psicoanalítico de corte focal

Resumen
El presente estudio se inserta en la línea de investigación de procesos psicoterapéuticos y
emplea una metodología cualitativa basada en el análisis de las grabaciones de audio y de las
transcripciones literales de las sesiones de un caso único de psicoterapia psicoanalítica de
corte focal, llamado el “Caso Luz”. Los objetivos se centraron en describir y comprender
cómo variaban los contenidos afectivos en los Episodios de Cambio a lo largo del proceso y
analizar cómo se relacionaban dichos contenidos en las enunciaciones de los dos actores
involucrados. Como hallazgos principales, se encontró que a lo largo de la terapia los afectos
predominantes fueron la esperanza, el miedo, el dolor y la tristeza, la sensación de fragilidad,
la desesperación, la rabia y la gratitud. En esa línea, se halló una mayor complejización en
las vivencias afectivas de la paciente, lo que pudo apreciarse a través de su capacidad de
registrar, modular y expresar nuevos afectos. Finalmente, se pudo valorar la importancia del
balance afectivo en la relación terapéutica y su posible relación con el cambio subjetivo.
This study is part of a line of investigation on psychotherapeutic processes and uses a qualitative methodology based on the analysis of audio recordings and literal transcriptions of the sessions in a case of focal psychoanalytic psychotherapy called "Caso Luz". The objectives were to describe and understand how the affective contents varied in the Change Episodes throughout the process, and to analyze how those contents were related in the statements of the two actors involved. The main findings throughout the therapy were that the predominant affections of hope, fear, pain and sadness, feeling of fragility, despair, anger and gratitude. In that sense, a greater complexity in the affective experiences of the patient was found, which could be observed through her ability to register, modulate and express new affections. Finally, the importance of the affective balance was assessed in the therapeutic relationship and its possible relation with the subjective change.
