La Regulación de la Potestad Supervisora de las Entidades de Fiscalización Ambiental a cargo del OEFA: Avances y Desafíos a Nivel de los Gobiernos Regionales

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analizarán los Informes de Supervisión elaborados por las ODES de Tumbes, Arequipa, Huancavelica y Loreto, teniendo como objetivo general, verificar el desempeño de las funciones de fiscalización ambiental al Gobierno Regional de Tumbes, Arequipa, Huancavelica y Loreto, desarrolladas a través de la Dirección Regional de Producción, Dirección Regional de Energía y Minas , Dirección Regional de Salud , Dirección Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo. Y ello se logrará cumpliendo el objetivo específico que es verificar la ejecución del Plan Anual de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (en adelante, Planefa) del año 2021 y 2022 de los Gobiernos Regionales de Tumbes, Arequipa, Loreto y Huancavelica. Para de esta manera determinar cuales son los avances y desafíos a nivel de los Gobiernos Regionales.
