The final step was performing the fieldwork was performed in order to determine the validity and the test reliability after the results. The reliability of the test was proven through the Cronbach Alpha method where were 0,73 to 0,80 values were reached. This explains its reliability. Its validity was estimated through judges’ criteria, which was confirmed by The Aiken’s V method. In addition, a difference between age ranges was made through the analysis of variance; having as a result had a high significance among children of the same age range. All of this proves that the test is not only reliable but valid as well. Finally, we elaborated bar charts for 3 years to 11 year-11 months-old children from private and public schools from Lima Metropolitana which have percentile scores, enneatypes and IQ scores. The results show hat the adaptation and standardization of the Gardner’s Expressive One-Word Picture Vocabulary Test was reached in 3 years to 11 years and 11 month old children from private and public schools from Lima Metropolitana.
