Organizacional, Seguimiento y Evaluación y Buen Liderazgo.

This research is configured as a qualitative study of an empirical type. In this sense, the case study method was used instrumentally in order to address our problem from a specific reality, that is, from the perceptions of the management team of an alternative private institution of basic education in the district of Carabayllo in Lima. This institution stands out for being the only one in that district that has a study on educational effectiveness that concludes that it is an effective educational institution and for having a division by levels other than the conventional one. The instrument used to carry out this research was the semi-structured interview guide. The information collected was analyzed from the use of matrices and under the open-coding technique. Among the most outstanding results, it is evident that both the planning process during 2021 and the practices that were carried out during that year were linked to Educational Improvement in relation to elements that are classified within the factors of Organizational Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation and good leadership.
