Algunos aspectos relevantes de la Nueva Ley de Prevención y Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas

Abstract

El 8 de diciembre de 2016, se publicó en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, el Decreto Legislativo N° 1256, a través del cual el Poder Ejecutivo, en el marco de las facultades delegadas por el Congreso de la República mediante Ley N° 30506, ha aprobado la Ley de Prevención y Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas (el “DL 1256”). La entrevista tiene la finalidad de otorgar un panorama general al respecto, a través del análisis sobre la norma realizado por Alfredo Bullard.On December 8, 2016, the Executive, within the framework of the powers delegated by the Congress of the Republic through Law N°. 30506, published Legislative Decree N° 1256 in the Peruvian newspaper “El Peruano”, about “the Law on Prevention and Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers”.
