Abstract
Por medio del presente trabajo se expone la normativa comparada sobre los diversos sistemas de etiquetado y reglas de publicidad de alimentos dirigida a niños y adolescentes; para luego, desde una perspectiva crítica, abordar la regulación de dichas materias en el ámbito nacional. Se analizan los aciertos, pero sobre todo, los vacíos e imprecisiones legales de dicha normativa, cuyo cumplimiento ya se encuentra siendo fiscalizado por el Indecopi.
By means of the present work the comparative norm is exposed on diverse systems of labeling and rules of advertising of foods directed to children and adolescents; then, from a critical perspective, address the regulation of these matters at the national level. We analyze the success, but above all, the gaps and legal inaccuracies of this regulation, whose compliance is already being monitored by Indecopi.
