Abstract
El presente trabajo refiere a un estado del arte sobre las tendencias en el uso de
recursos TIC para la innovación de la enseñanza de las Ciencias Sociales. Por
consiguiente, el principal objetivo de este documento es identificar las últimas
tendencias en el uso de recursos tecnológicos para la enseñanza de las ciencias
sociales a raíz de una búsqueda bibliográfica profunda. Para ello, se consideraron
bases de datos en inglés y español; así también, se consultaron repositorios de
diferentes universidades del mundo para recolectar investigaciones sobre dicho tema.
En ese sentido, la presente investigación responde a un enfoque cualitativo y cuenta
con un diseño bibliográfico, que ha consolidado los procesos de recolección,
organización y análisis de la información en razón del estado del arte. A partir del
análisis de las fuentes bibliográficas se identificaron una serie de tendencias en el uso
de recursos TIC para la innovación de la enseñanza de las ciencias sociales, de las
cuales se consideraron las tres más resaltantes, estas son: videojuegos y
aplicaciones, realidad aumentada y recorridos virtuales. En base a su aplicación se
identificaron una seria de beneficios que estos recursos TIC permiten, entre ellos,
desarrollar clases más dinámicas y la creación de pequeños laboratorios históricos y
geográficos donde los estudiantes experimenten de manera vivencial conocimientos
usualmente teóricos; sin embargo, en el contexto peruano, existen algunas
limitaciones para su aplicación como la brecha digital que existe en nuestro país y
que impide la utilización de estos recursos en todos los contextos educativos.
This work refers to a state of the art on trends in the use of ICT resources for innovation in the teaching of Social Sciences. Therefore, the main objective of this document is to identify the latest trends in the use of technological resources for the teaching of social sciences as a result of an in-depth bibliographic search. For this, databases in English and Spanish were considered; likewise, repositories from different world universities were consulted to collect research on this topic. In this sense, this research responds to a qualitative approach and has a bibliographic design, which has consolidated the processes of collection, organization and analysis of information due to the state of the art. From the analysis of bibliographic sources, a series of trends in the use of ICT resources for the innovation of social science teaching were identified, of which the three most outstanding were considered, these are: video games and applications, augmented reality and virtual tours. Based on its application, a series of benefits were identified that these ICT resources allow, among them, to develop more dynamic classes and the creation of small historical and geographical laboratories where students experience, in an experiential way, usually theoretical knowledge; however, in the Peruvian context, there are some limitations to its application, such as the digital divide that exists in our country and that prevents the use of these resources in all educational contexts.
