Abstract
This investigation pretends to analyze the mobbing perception that homosexual men and women from Lima Metropolitana have. In order to learn about the personal experiences of the participants, the investigator developed an interview guide that reached different subjects of the studied phenomenon. The results leave in evidence lots of discriminatory behaviors that the participants, or some of their partners, had to live with in their workplaces. At the same time, the participants offered some scope on the discrimination they have been able to perceive or feel in the work centers for which they have worked through their personal experience, which has allowed to identify as a transcendental aspect in the appearance of mobbing, the visibility of their sexual orientation and / or of a gender expression that may transgress the parameters of a traditional perspective and patriarchal rigid and macho systems. This subjective experience, complemented with previous theory and academic research, allowed the investigator to analyze one of the most important and unattended issues of Peruvian society.
