desperdicios y mejorar dichos procesos.
(768,431), TIR (191%) y B/C (4.31).
The main objective of this work is to present a proposal to improve the production process for the manufacture of reinforced concrete poles applied to the Production area, in which it is proposed to implement Lean Manufacturing tools that will help us eliminate waste and improve said processes. For this case and in particular, the Production area of a company was chosen whose main operation is the manufacture of public lighting poles, which have quite varied measures from 4 meters to 18 meters and consequently one of the main processes is drying. Thus, in the first part we describe the theoretical framework and the different tools of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Manufacturing, this will allow us to select and propose which and in which area of the production process to apply it. Then, we make a description of the sector, the company, the main processes, define and study the production area to find opportunities for improvement and application (5S, TPM, Jidoka) of Lean Manufacturing tools. Subsequently, the economic evaluation is presented where the costs, financial and non-financial impacts of the proposal for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools in the process area are quantified, obtaining independent implementation options for favorable tools, however, the ideal is to implement the 3 Lean tools that have the best NPV (768,431), IRR (191%) and B / C (4.31) values.
