Resumen
El propósito de este Estado del Arte, consiste en indagar y evidenciar las
principales concepciones y posturas teóricas en torno a la innovación educativa y sus
fines dentro de América Latina, a partir de la búsqueda y exploración de un estudio
bibliográfico realizado a través de revistas, artículos y estudios académicos que datan
de las últimas dos décadas en América Latina. Los resultados de dicha búsqueda de
información nos ha permitido compilar y analizar información fehaciente y veraz que
posibilita en un primer momento, establecer algunas bases conceptuales relacionadas
con los hallazgos de antecedentes y conceptualizaciones de distintos autores sobre
la innovación y su relación la educación, los factores que influencian positiva o
negativamente a la misma, siendo estos, aquellos los que resaltan el respaldo o no
del uso y práctica de las innovaciones dentro de América Latina; así como, las
tendencias que se marcan en esta; y, por último, las experiencias innovadoras que se
realizaron en las escuelas de América Latina dentro de un rango de diez años, y los
cuales se continúan desarrollando. Además, con esta investigación, se busca que la
información brindada sea beneficiosa en la fomentación de creaciones educativas
innovadoras; así como, participativas por parte de todos los agentes educativos
involucrados, esto gracias al conocimiento brindado acerca de las cualidades
beneficiosas que propician su ejecución. Por último, se hace una reflexión de toda la
información, resaltando que se espera que todos los puntos señalados y establecidos
en esta investigación, sean de vital información y utilidad para el logro de una
participación activa y productiva dentro del marco innovador continuo que exige la
innovación, el cual beneficia en gran medida la calidad educativa anhelada.
The purpose of this State of the Art consists of investigating and evidencing the main conceptions and theoretical positions on educational innovation and its purposes in Latin America, based on the search and exploration of a bibliographic study carried out through journals, articles and academic studies dating from the last two decades in Latin America. The results of this information search have allowed us to compile and analyze reliable and truthful information that makes it possible to establish some conceptual bases related to the background findings and conceptualizations of different authors on innovation and its relationship with education, the factors that positively or negatively influence it, being those that highlight the support or not of the use and practice of innovations in Latin America; Finally, the innovative experiences that have been carried out in Latin American schools over a ten-year period, and which continue to be developed. Furthermore, with this research, it is intended that the information provided will be beneficial in the promotion of innovative educational creations, as well as participatory on the part of all the educational agents involved, thanks to the knowledge provided about the beneficial qualities that propitiate its execution. Finally, a reflection of all the information is made, highlighting that it is expected that all the points pointed out and established in this research, are of vital information and usefulness for the achievement of an active and productive participation within the continuous innovative framework that innovation demands, which greatly benefits the desired educational quality.
