constructoras privadas debidamente seleccionadas.
Stakeholders (comunidad, medio ambiente, clientes, proveedores, accionistas, colaboradores)
The knowledge gap on shared value concept has been decreasing due to the different studies carried out on the application of shared value strategies in companies; more and more companies were creating share value and found favorable results in economic, social and environmental issues; among the most representative organizations were: multinational companies, NGO´s, and foundations; however, in Peru, there are no studies or researches that describe the level of knowledge and application in private companies at construction sector about creating shared value strategies, for this reason the objective of this research was to describe and analyze the level of knowledge, preparation and application of shared value strategies in this sector in order to serve as a basis for future studies and researches. At first, a literature review of shared value concept was carried out to served to describe the main characteristics. Next, we described the research methodology, this was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, longitudinal; it was done under the methodology of data collection through a survey (structured questionnaire) without making modifications to answer them, used a non-probabilistic sample of three private construction companies. Then, the results were analyzed, described and measured under the shared value creation approach in policies, products and/or services, value chain, cluster construction, and the Stakeholders relationship (environment, customers, suppliers, shareholders, collaborators) of each company. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were presented, where, it was shown that the companies were based at a low level of knowledge, preparation and application in creating shared value strategies
