In the accelerating process of building Internet businesses, managers usually focus more attention on attracting new customers rather than on retaining them, but achieving consumer loyalty in digital brand is actually vital for the Internet operations success (Reichheld & Schefter , 2000; Vallet Saavedra, 2006). The following research aims to assess whether there is a relationship between personality and brand loyalty in the registered users of the brand PlazaPoints (N = 1020). In addition, it also seeks to evaluate whether gender, age, level of education, district of residence, occupation and prior accumulation of PlazaPoints make significant differences in both the perception of brand personality and its dimensions, and the loyalty and factors associated to it. For this purpose, the Scale of Brand Personality from Aaker, Benet-Martinez & Garolera (2001) was used and the Scale of Loyalty towards the Online Brand PlazaPoints was developed. It was found that brand personality is related to e-loyalty. In addition, significant differences were found in the brand personality and e-loyalty according to the level of education and occupation. The age also marked significant differences in E-loyalty measures.
