Abstract
In this research, a literature about the concept of stress is presented to contrast the different interpretations about it, which have been built over the years. Thus, the negative approach to stress is opposed to the positive approach. Nevertheless, the objective of this research seeks to break into this discussion of both approaches and illustrate with an approach in which no attention is paid to stressors, but rather is based on the stress that leads to personal growth. This research is carried out from a documentary study. Likewise, it reflects on the existence of stress in childhood in the new context of the pandemic. Also, factors that trigger stress situations in the child are detected, such as the family context and the different changes that infants are experiencing. The contribution of this State of the Art is to provide an outreach about various ways that help the student to cope and transform stress into an opportunity to grow. This is how a call is made to teachers so that through the strengthening of skills and attitudes in the child, the creation of circles of dialogue between the same classmates and carrying out collaborative work with families, they achieve that their students grow internally
