Son objetivos específicos: i.
The present study focuses on the leadership styles of teachers/educators who, simultaneously, performed /worked as directors, not by personal choice but because of the responsibilities that were added at the time of hiring when applying to a teacher position in unidocentes educational institutions. The objective consists in analizing the perceptions of directors of unidocente early childhood educational institutions in rural and vulnerable environments/context about their leadership style performance. Specific Objectives i. To identify the leadership styles (transactional, transformational, pedagogical, directive/informational and shared/participatory) from directors’s perceptions on how to exercise their or from director’s perceptions about how to exercise their role; ii.To describe the leadership styles that have been predominant among directors based on the perceptions captured/obtained from them. The study has as analysis category the leadership style with five subcategories that are five style types. The approach is qualitative descriptive using interviews as the instrument for the method of study. The study is based on semi-structured interviews conducted with one adviser and nine directors from unidocente early childhood organizations who worked in Acobamba (Huancavelica), La Mar (Ayacucho) and Pachitea (Huanuco), three directors for each province. Responses were processed using a matrix interview guide according to ítems within the subcategories of análisis. Among the most highlighted findings are that some of the five leadership styles are present in the practice, predominantly the directive, pedagogical and transformational style given the zone vulnerability characteristics. This performance requires a repertoire of skills, among them a clear vision with hope determination will and resolution ability for time management according to the nat. The present study focuses on the leadership styles of teachers/educators who, simultaneously, performed/worked as directors, not by personal choice but because of the responsibilities that were added at the time of hiring when applying to a teaching position in unidocentes educational institutions.
