Abstract
demanda laboral técnica empresarial insatisfecha (68% a nivel nacional)1
Productive technical education is an educational strategy of the State that aims to develop technical capacities of young people in vulnerable situations to enter the labour market. However, although it is true that there is a high demand from unsatisfied business technical labour (68% nationwide), this demand is not reflected in the well-being of the population, as they are jobs where little is paid and work is hard, without the benefits of formal jobs and where exploitation happens every day. Quite often the benefit of the business prevails to the detriment of the worker's well-being and far from generating better living conditions it perpetuates the population's poverty situation. Families, in many cases, with more than four members, live with a minimum vage that does not allow the satisfaction of basic needs. For these reasons, business entrepreneurship is vitally important as an alternative to the labour market that offers few decent working conditions. The present research work entitled “Small entrepreneurships from the experience of the students of the CETPRO Juan Tomás Tuyro Túpac Inca of Cusco (2016-2019)”, aims to analyse the experience of students who have developed small businesses, in order to improve entrepreneurship strategies in the CETPRO. It also aims to identify the factors that contributed to the development of students' small businesses and analysing the articulation between the institutions that contributed to the development of the project "make your business reality”, identifying the profile of entrepreneurs and knowing the result of the entrepreneurial experience developed by the students of the CETPRO, in relation to the improvement of their quality of life. Like any experience, there are positive aspects that can be strengthened in the development of the entrepreneurships of the young people and negative aspects that allow us to rethink the strategies used and how we can improve them. A relevant aspect of this experience is that greater and better results can be achieved with private public alliances, where all institutions benefit in favour of the target group they work with. Nowadays it is impossible to achieve objectives without a favourable environment with good relations with public and private institutions. Beyond entrepreneurship, the intention of this work is to establish strategies that allow young people in vulnerable situations to get ahead, starting with meeting their basic needs and achieving personal satisfaction, the result of work and effort put into their own business.
