Abstract
El presente trabajo es un resumen de los resultados preliminares obtenidos por el autor en el marco de un estudio sistemático de sistemas modales y deónticos de base paraconsistente. Se exponen consideraciones sobre la no-trivialidad y sus diferencias con el concepto de consistencia. Se da una exposición sobre algunas de las razones por las cuales una base paraconsistente es la más natural para lógicas deónticas y afines.
This paper summarizes the preliminary results of the A.'s systcmatic study of modal and deontic systems with a paraconsistent basis. Some considerations on the meaning of non-triviality and its differences with the concept of consistency are expounded. The A. argues in favour of the reasons why paraconsistent basis is the most natural one for deontic and other similar logics.
