Ítem Acceso Abierto Leticia pa’ arriba(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, 2024) Campos Toscano, Alondra Abril Aida; Chamorro Morán, José Francisco; Corrales Ardiles, Julio César; Ferrer Torres, Janet Caroline; Guerra Ramayoni, Vania Carolina; Marruffo Vallas, Renata Fabiola; Bracamonte Pérez Reyes, Daniel; Salazar Duran, Kori Graciel; Saavedra Torres, Mayra Alejandra; Vega Hoyos, Giordano Natan; Pontificia Universidad Católica del PerúAs part of the Advanced Design Project 1 and 2 course, under the Systems Design approach, “Leticia Pa’ Arriba” is currently being developed. The main beneficiaries of the intervention project are the inhabitants of Barrio Leticia, the first Human Settlement on a hillside in the city of Lima. It is located on the San Cristóbal hill, in the Rímac district, and has a population of approximately 10,000 people. In order to consolidate the Leticia neighborhood as a regenerative and resilient tourist attraction, various methods of inductive research and immersion in the context were carried out. Thanks to the analysis of the results, 4 areas of opportunity for collaborative design were identified. Infrastructure, Neighborhood Empowerment, Comprehensive Tourist Service and Communication. They turned out to be 4 areas of opportunity, of which 2 belong to the “back-end” and 2 to the “front-end” of the proposal. Infrastructure and Empowerment, Tourist Service and Communication, respectively. However, after the middle of the cycle, the areas of empowerment and infrastructure came together to work as one area. This is how the creation of various proposals for cohesive products and services is organized that make sense in isolation, focused on specific problems, as well as in relation to the general concept and the vision that is projected for the organization of the Leticia neighborhood.
