Constitucionalismos latinoamericanos y su materialización en acciones ambientales REDD+
(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, 2018-03-19) Gil, Yeison
Propositions of alternative thoughts are a very important bet by De Sousa Santos, aimed at legitimizing restricted epistemologies throughout history. This process starts from a discursive plane, materialized in legal frameworks. Now, beyond the generation of the latter, the materialization of these alternatives is represented in concrete actions and projects, and REDD + projects are an example of it. REDD + arises from small innovation niches in particular scenarios, which through the linking and support of new actors achieve a significant impact. This is how the governance scenarios generate a great impact in the communities —mainly in the indigenous of Ecuador and Bolivia—, allowing them not only to influence the local development of their territories, but also the national policy of their States, what we know as the new Latin American constitutionalisms.
