Resumen
En la formación inicial docente- FID, se ha podido observar la necesidad de
una constante capacitación en educación emocional en las diferentes escuelas de
educación superior. De tal manera, el objetivo de la investigación es analizar la
importancia de la inteligencia emocional en la FID en el contexto de la formación
educativa superior. La metodología empleada fue cualitativa (Hernández, et., 2016),
bibliográfico o revisión de literatura (Sánchez, et al., 2020). Además, se empleó una
búsqueda sistemática de recolección, análisis e integración de las fuentes de
información en un tiempo asignado para desarrollar un argumento y crítica
constructiva con sus valiosas conclusiones. Se concluye que la inteligencia
emocional -IE es crucial para la FID debido las destrezas positivas que se adquiere
en la formación intra personal e inter personal como: la capacidad de empatía, la
capacidad de autorregulación emocional, la capacidad de comunicación no verbal y
la capacidad de asertividad para manejar conflictos dentro y fuera de las aulas
escolares. También, se ha demostrado en las investigaciones educativas en la FID
los siguientes puntos: 1. Incorporar la educación regular en la FID la inteligencia
emocional para una educación integral exitosa del futuro docente, 2. Son
importantes las herramientas de formación personal en habilidades y destrezas de
inteligencia emocional en FID con el objeto de afrontar, regular, controlar y darse
cuenta de las circunstancias mediáticas que vive las escuelas del presente milenio.
In initial teacher training - FID, it has been possible to observe the need for constant training for the development of emotional intelligence in different higher education schools. In this sense, the study aims analyze the importance of emotional intelligence in initial teacher training - FID in the context of higher educational training. The methodology used was a qualitative approach (Hernández, et., 2016), bibliographic design or literature review (Sánchez, et al., 2020). In addition, a systematic process of investigation, collection, organization, analysis and interpretation of information sources was carried out in a given time to develop an argument and constructive criticism with its valuable conclusions. It is concluded that emotional intelligence -EI is key to the success of FID due to the positive skills that are acquired in intrapersonal and interpersonal training such as: the capacity for empathy, the capacity for emotional self-regulation, the capacity for non-verbal communication. and the assertive ability to manage conflicts inside and outside the school classrooms. Also, the following points have been demonstrated in educational research in the FID: 1. Incorporate emotional intelligence in regular education in the FID for a successful comprehensive education of the future teacher, 2. Personal training tools in skills and abilities are important of emotional intelligence in FID in order to face, regulate, control and realize the media circumstances that schools of this millennium are experiencing.
