Resumen
En el contexto peruano, la transformación digital representa una oportunidad significativa
para las micro y pequeñas empresas (Mypes), las cuales constituyen más del 96% del tejido
empresarial y son fundamentales para el crecimiento económico y la innovación. Sin embargo,
muchas Mypes luchan por integrar eficazmente soluciones digitales en sus procesos de ventas, lo
que resulta en tasas de conversión bajas y una gestión ineficiente de los recursos.
"Escalable" se presenta como una solución revolucionaria, proporcionando un servicio
automatizado de embudo de ventas digitales que mejora la eficiencia y la efectividad de las
estrategias de marketing y ventas de las Mypes. El servicio está diseñado para facilitar la
integración digital, aumentando las tasas de conversión de leads a ventas en un estimado del
30%.
Desde una perspectiva financiera, "Escalable" el proyecto conduce a Valor Actual Neto
(VAN) financiero de $1,044,412 y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) financiera del 194%,
superando el Costo Promedio Ponderado de Capital (WACC) del 18.16%, lo que indica una
excelente viabilidad financiera del proyecto.
Además, "Escalable" se alinea con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS),
específicamente contribuyendo a (a) Trabajo Decente y Crecimiento Económico, mediante la
creación de empleo en el sector de tecnología digital, y (b) Industria, Innovación e
Infraestructura, al ofrecer soluciones digitales innovadoras que empoderan a las Mypes para
competir en la economía global. Además, los resultados de sostenibilidad social el proyecto
impacta en la ODS Nro. 8 y 9 y genera un VANS de USD 1,124,469.34.
In the Peruvian context, digital transformation represents a significant opportunity for micro and small enterprises (Mypes), which make up more than 96% of the business fabric and are fundamental for economic growth and innovation. However, many Mypes struggle to effectively integrate digital solutions into their sales processes, resulting in low conversion rates and inefficient resource management. "Escalable" emerges as a revolutionary solution, providing an automated service for digital sales funnels that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of Mypes' marketing and sales strategies. Our service is designed to facilitate digital integration, increasing lead-to-sale conversion rates by an estimated 30%. From a financial perspective, the "Escalable" project leads to a financial Net Present Value (NPV) of $1,044,412 and a financial Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 194%, exceeding the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 18.16%, indicating excellent financial viability of the project. Furthermore. "Escalable" aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically contributing to (a) Decent Work and Economic Growth, through the creation of jobs in the digital technology sector, and (b) Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, by offering innovative digital solutions that empower Mypes to compete in the global economy, the social sustainability results of the project impact ODS number 8 and 9 generate a NPV of USD 1,124,469.34.
