Resumen
A partir de la ejecución del Proyecto “Arcoiris” de la empresa Qroma, se abrió una ventana
de oportunidades para el desarrollo del turismo en el barrio de Leticia que pertenece al
distrito del Rímac, provincia de Lima, debido a la ruta de murales realizada. El presente
trabajo de investigación busca proponer una estrategia comunicacional que responda al
problema: desconocimiento de los potenciales beneficios del desarrollo de turismo por parte
de los vecinos de Leticia. Esta estrategia permitirá iniciar un trabajo articulado entre los
vecinos y actores locales. Los principales resultados esperados son el fortalecimiento de las
capacidades internas y externas de la red de promotores culturales, para el posicionamiento
de la misma, y así lograr el aumento de la participación de los vecinos en las actividades
turísticas. En ese sentido, se concluye que la identificación y fortalecimiento de vecinos que
tengan el rol de promotores es necesario para un trabajo articulado que establezca mejores
puentes de comunicación entre instituciones y las comunidades beneficiarias para un
proyecto sobre el desarrollo de turismo local.
Since the execution of the "Arcoiris" Project of the Qroma company, a window of opportunities was opened for the development of tourism in the Leticia neighborhood which belongs to Rimac district, Lima province, due to the route of painted murals. This research work seeks to propose a communication strategy that responds to the problem: the unknowledge of the potential benefits of tourism development by the residents of Leticia. This strategy will make it possible to start an articulated work between neighbors and local actors. The main expected results are the strengthening of the internal and external capacities of the network of tourism promoters, for its positioning, and thus achieve an increase in the participation of neighbors in tourist activities. In this sense, it is concluded that the identification and strengthening of neighbors who have the role of promoters is necessary for an articulated work that establishes better communication bridges between institutions and the beneficiary communities for a project on the development of local tourism.
