Abstract
S/14,149,522.
This thesis aims to address the need of Peruvians suffering from health complications, and who are looking for a treatment that relieves chronic pain and discomfort, with the purpose of improving their quality of life. In this context, the potential of cannabis oil will be explored as a possible therapeutic alternative. Cannabis oil, with incredible health benefits, becomes an alternative product to alleviate symptoms that conventional medicine cannot solve. Taking into consideration that the product is not easily accessible to families with fewer resources, the development of a quality product with an affordable price and easy acquisition at the point of sale through digital and physical channels was considered. The solution proposal was submitted to validation by potential users to determine the desire factor, obtaining favorable results, evidencing a 90% satisfactory response and 100% effectiveness in the purchase by digital channel, in which an average was validated. of 15 minutes for the purchase, including the registration in RENPUC. Regarding the feasibility factor, simulations were obtained to determine if the marketing plan ensures sales, obtaining as a result a return of S/3.38 for each invested sol. Financial validations were also used, based on various scenarios, from the very pessimistic to the very optimistic, obtaining a 17.60% NPV loss risk percentage, which confirms that the expected financial NPV is solid, which It is estimated at S/3,864,579, with an IRR of 82.9%. To conclude, it is mentioned that the business model presented is a sustainable and scalable model, which responds to two SDGs, which are SDG 3 and SDG 8. The social relevance index reaches 30% for SDG 8, which generates a Social VAN of S/14,149,522.
