The Peruvian population has increased significantly in overweight and obese in the last decades because of a sedentary lifestyle, decreased time for physical activity increased health risks, non-communicable diseases, and the deterioration of mental health. In addition, this effect has accelerated after the Covid 19 pandemic. For this reason, promoting the continued performance of physical activities is convenient to society to reduce the negative impact on health. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a solution that is agile, intuitive, and simple, which allows the programming of physical activities, allowing users to interact with other people with similar interests and maintain sustained motivation. The solution will also make other related services available to the user, such as coaches, teams, and others. The VAO+ solution has been designed under the Design Thinking innovation methodology, centered on the user. Usability, desirability, and feasibility went satisfactorily validated with an average percentage of 70% satisfaction. Additionally, it was validated that the customer of the app is willing to pay a commission for each transaction made The business model for VAO+ is the desired scenario, generates an NPV of S/ 517,279 with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 15.64%, with EBITDA of S/ 6'217,223 million in 5 years of projection, with an investment of S / 2'245.925 million and recovering the investment in three years and six months. Additionally, it is a sustainable solution as it impacts compliance with SDG 3 of "Health and Welfare" which has a positive social benefit with an NPV of S/4,549,822.
