sociales, ambientales.

For this reason, our project is comprised of eight chapters. In the first chapters, the problems, theoretical framework, and current context of alpaca fiber were exposed. In the third chapter, the need for alpaca communities was identified, knowing the profile of alpaca breeders. In chapter four, our value proposal was implemented, showing the innovation of the process for obtaining the fiber; in the fifth chapter our business model, its viability, scalability and sustainability were defined; In the sixth chapter, the validation and desirability of the project proposal with the operations marketing plan are presented, and the investment budget is developed, estimating our financial projections. In the seventh chapter, the social relevance of the project was determined as the main axis of the proposal, exposing the solution to the ODS that was covered. Finally, in the last chapter, the implementation of our project is explained as viable and feasible, for economic, social, and environmental purposes.
