Calidad en las empresas del sector de seguridad y vigilancia en el Perú

Resumen
La seguridad es importante para lograr un ambiente estable donde se presume la
inexistencia de peligro, temores y daños hacia las personas y sus pertenencias. Es
fundamental para el crecimiento de las organizaciones y del país. Su actividad está orientada
a garantizar la vida de las personas, sus bienes y derechos. En consecuencia la seguridad se
manifiesta en los diferentes niveles de la sociedad. Dada su significancia y entendimiento
por las empresas de seguridad y vigilancia, se deduce que las mismas deben garantizar su
servicio de calidad.
Es por ello, que la presente investigación tuvo por objeto identificar si las empresas
del Sector de Seguridad y Vigilancia con Sistema de Gestión de Calidad tienen un mayor
nivel de calidad comparado con aquellas que no tiene un SGC. Para este propósito se utilizó
el cuestionario TQM, que es un instrumento al que se responde utilizando la escala de Likert.
Esta herramienta se basa en medir la gestión de la calidad basada en nueve factores claves,
que son: (a) alta gerencia, (b) planeamiento de la calidad, (c) auditoría y evaluación, (d)
diseño del producto, (e) gestión de la calidad del proveedor, (f) control y mejoramiento de
procesos, (g) educación y entrenamiento, (h) círculos de calidad, y (i) enfoque hacia la
satisfacción del cliente.
Los resultados obtenidos han sido consecuentes con los publicados previamente por
otros autores, como Benzaquen (2014), al mostrar que las empresas que cuentan con un SGC
tienen niveles superiores en los factores de la calidad, que aquellas organizaciones sin SGC.
Todas las empresas del sector seguridad y vigilancia mostraron su mejor nivel de desempeño
en el enfoque hacia la satisfacción de los clientes, mostrando que reconocen la importancia de
atenderlos apropiadamente. Sin embargo se recomienda a las organizaciones que integran el
sector implementar la calidad con una visión integral desde la etapa del planeamiento e
involucrando a todo el personal.
Safety is important for a stable environment where the absence of danger, fear and damage to people and their belongings is presumed. It is essential for the growth of organizations and country. Its activity is aimed at ensuring the life of people, their property and rights. Consequently security is manifested at different levels of society. Given its significance and understanding of the security and surveillance companies, it follows that they must ensure quality service. That's wave, that of the present investigation aims to identify whether companies in the sector of Safety and Security Management System Quality mayor UN have Quality Level compared to those who do not have SGC UN. Purpose of This Questionnaire was used TQM , which is an instrument that is answered using a Likert scale . This tool is based on measuring the Quality Management Based on nine key factors , child : (a ) senior management, ( b ) Quality Planning , ( c ) audit and evaluation , ( d ) design of the product, (e ) f management control Supplier Quality () and Process Improvement , ( g ) Education and Training, ( h ) Quality Circles , and ( i ) Approach to customer Satisfaction . The results obtained were consistent with those previously reported by other authors, as Benzaquen (2014), to show how having a QMS enables companies to raise their standards. All companies in the security sector and monitoring showed his best performance in the approach to customer satisfaction, showing that recognize the importance of properly serve them. However, all organizations in this sector should implement a Total Quality Management, since early planning stages and involving all employees in the process.
