Competencias adquiridas como practicante de capacitación y estudiante de la carrera de Psicología

Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional tiene como objetivo describir y
evidenciar los logros que se desarrollaron para las competencias Interviene, Evalúa y
Diagnostica. Estos fueron realizados dentro del centro de prácticas preprofesionales y en dos
cursos integradores que fueron parte del plan de estudios de la carrera de Psicología. Para la
primera competencia, se reseñan propuestas de mejora para el Curso de Herramientas GSuite
que fue dirigido al personal del centro de prácticas, en el que se proponen nuevos indicadores
y un formato de reporte. De esta forma, se podrá determinar si los participantes están
adquiriendo los conocimientos necesarios y esperados. Asimismo, para la segunda
competencia, tomando el curso de Psicología y Violencia, se plantea una Matriz de Evaluación
basada en un marco lógico, el cual cumple la función de evaluar la intervención planificada
para un grupo de admisionistas de un Centro de Atención usando objetivos, resultados,
indicadores y fuentes de verificación a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Por último, para la tercera
competencia, se describe la ejecución del diagnóstico de una investigación realizada para el
curso de Psicología y Desarrollo Integral, en el cual se recolectó, analizó e integraron resultados
de una charla informativa, de actividades y de entrevistas ejecutadas con estudiantes
universitarios de una universidad privada. En ello, se identifica la principal necesidad de la
población, la cual es desarrollar habilidades para manejar altos niveles de estrés y que
contribuyan a una regulación emocional adecuada, lo cual contribuiría positivamente en su
ámbito académico y personal.
The purpose of this Professional Sufficiency Paper is to describe and demonstrate the achievements developed for the competencies Intervene, Evaluate and Diagnose. These were carried out within the pre-professional practice center and in two integrative courses that were part of the curriculum of the Psychology career. For the first competency, improvement proposals are outlined for the GSuite Tools Course that was directed to the personnel of the practice center, in which new indicators and a reporting format are proposed. In this way, it will be possible to determine whether the participants are acquiring the necessary and expected knowledge. Likewise, for the second competency, taking the Psychology and Violence course, an Evaluation Matrix based on a logical framework is proposed, which fulfills the function of evaluating the planned intervention for a group of admissions officers of a Care Center using objectives, results, indicators, and sources of verification in the short, medium, and long term. Finally, for the third competency, the execution of the diagnosis of research conducted for the Psychology and Integral Development course is described, in which the results of an informative talk, activities and interviews with university students from a private university were collected, analyzed, and integrated. In it, the main need of the population is identified, which is to develop skills to manage elevated levels of stress and contribute to adequate emotional regulation, which would contribute positively to their academic and personal environment.
