Resumen
En el presente documento se elaborará el Plan Estratégico para Corporación La
Inmobiliaria SA (LISA), con el objetivo de contribuir y promover la competitividad de la
empresa y alcanzar la visión para el año 2025 de ser líder en los sectores donde participa,
consolidando su presencia en el mercado por medio del desarrollo de actividades basadas en
tecnología, eficiencia en costos, y responsabilidad social, lo cual permitirá generar valor para
los accionistas, clientes, colaboradores y sociedad.
Se han formulado siete objetivos de largo plazo basados en un análisis exhaustivo de
factores internos y externos, identificándose las principales fortalezas, oportunidades,
debilidades y amenazas; los cuales se listan a continuación: (a) Ventas por un monto de 1,546
millones de soles; (b) utilidad neta de 145 millones de soles; (c) estar entre las primeras 50
empresas en el ranking de Reputación Corporativa (MERCO); (d) figurar entre las primeras
cinco empresas que ofrecen viviendas eco amigables y sostenibles; (e) estar presente en 17
departamentos del Perú; (f) estar entre las primeras 20 mejores empresas para trabajar del
ranking Great Place to Work (GPTW); (g) implementar 18 proyectos de innovación
tecnológica enfocado a mejorar la eficiencia. Estos objetivos de largo plazo han sido
divididos en 25 objetivos a corto plazo que conducirán de forma progresiva hacia la visión
planteada. El entorno económico del país es expectante y la inversión tanto pública como
privada muestra que hay proyectos que se vienen desarrollando en el Estado, convirtiéndose
esto en una gran oportunidad para LISA. Los objetivos estarán en un constante seguimiento y
evaluación por medio del Balance Scorecard a través de sus cuatro perspectivas. Es necesario
precisar que se plantearon 20 estrategias, de las cuales 6 se convirtieron en retenidas y las
otras 14 se mantienen como de contingencia. Adicionalmente el componente humano jugará
un rol importante es este cambio que se está proponiendo en el presente plan estratégico, ya
que ellos serán quienes liderarán el cambio para llegar al futuro deseado.
This document prepares the Strategic Plan for Corporación La Inmobiliaria SA (LISA), with the objective to contribute and promote the company’s competitiveness and achieve the vision by the year 2025 of being leaders at sectors where its three units participate, consolidating its presence in the market by maximizing core activities based on technology, cost efficiency and social responsibility, which will generate value for shareholders, customers, employees and society. Seven long-term objectives have been formulated based on an exhaustive analysis of internal and external factors, identifying the main strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats; which are listed below: (a) Sales for the amount of 1,546 million soles; (b) net income of 143 million soles; (c) be among the first 50 companies in the Corporate reputation ranking (MERCO); (d) be part of the first five companies that offer eco-friendly and sustainable housing; (e) be present in 17 departments in Peru; (f) be among the top 20 best companies to work for in the GPTW ranking; g) conduct 18 innovative technological projects that improves efficiency. These long-term objectives have been divided into 25 short-term objectives that will lead progressively towards the vision. The economic environment of the country is expectant for the sectors in which the firm participates and both public and private investment shows that there are already projects in the portfolio that are being developed in the State, making this a great opportunity for Corporación La Inmobiliaria. The objectives will be in constant monitoring and evaluation through the Balance Scorecard through its four perspectives. It is necessary to specify that 20 strategies were raised, of which 6 became held and the other 14 are maintained as contingency. Additionally, the human component will play an important role in this change that is being proposed in this strategic plan, since they will lead the change to reach the desired future.
