Resumen
El siguiente trabajo busca presentar el plan de desarrollo de negocios para una
compañía de triple impacto con enfoque social en la ODS 2: hambre cero. Para ello, se
realizaron diversos estudios como por ejemplo de mercado, factibilidad, deseabilidad,
viabilidad, sostenibilidad, entre otros. La empresa se llama Quick Eat, start-up peruana
enfocada en desarrollar sistemas integrales para restaurantes que incluyan plataformas e-
commerce, gestión logística, herramientas de punto de venta, y marketing integrado para la
industria gastronómica.
En el enfoque social, Quick eat implementará una adaptación del sistema de
restaurantes, en beneficio de las Ollas Comunes de Lima. Además, las conectará con
restaurantes para facilitar acciones de responsabilidad social corporativa. Para esto, fuero
críticas las validaciones de deseabilidad y usabilidad, para verificar que la propuesta responde
a las necesidades operativas de ambos actores.
Finalmente, se detallará el plan financiero con un horizonte de proyección de cinco
años, además del cálculo del VAN económico (S/ 6.77 millones), VAN social
(S/ 2.10 millones), TIR 173%, e información relevante tales como el índice de relevancia
específica de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible elegidos para nuestra evaluación.
The following work seeks to present the business development plan for a triple impact company with a social focus on SDG 2: zero hunger. For this purpose, several studies were conducted, such as market, feasibility, desirability, viability, sustainability, among others. The company is called Quick Eat, a Peruvian start-up focused on developing integrated systems for restaurants that include e-commerce platforms, logistics management, point-of- sale tools, and integrated marketing for the gastronomic industry. In the social approach, Quick eat will implement an adaptation of the restaurant system for the benefit of the Ollas Comunes in Lima. In addition, it will connect them with restaurants to facilitate corporate social responsibility actions. For this, desirability and usability validations were critical to verify that the proposal responds to the operational needs of both actors. Finally, we will detail the financial plan with a five-year projection horizon, in addition to the calculation of the economic NPV (S/ 6.77 million), social NPV (S/ 2.10 million), IRR 173%, and relevant information such as the specific relevance index of the sustainable development objectives chosen for our evaluation.
