Resumen
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo analizar la percepción de los docentes sobre la
importancia y el uso del software educativo “Story Jumper” para la enseñanza de la
producción de textos en el 2do grado de primaria. Se trata de un estudio, de carácter empírico
y de nivel descriptivo, con un enfoque cualitativo. Para ello, primero se analizó la importancia
que para los docentes puede tener el software educativo “Story Jumper” en la producción de
textos, en el 2do grado de educación primaria. En segundo lugar, se analizó el uso que para
los docentes puede tener dicho software educativo en el grado mencionado. Como resultado
del análisis, se concluye que los docentes valoran que el software contribuye, principalmente,
a desarrollar la creatividad de los estudiantes, a través de una forma de aprender diferente a
la convencional. Asimismo, que el reto más grande que exige su aplicación, por parte de los
docentes, es la necesidad de conocer a profundidad dicha herramienta tecnológica, lo que
demanda un proceso de capacitación en particular.
The objective of this work was to analyze the teachers' perception of the importance and use of the educational software “Story Jumper” for the teaching of text production in the 2nd grade of primary school. This is an empirical and descriptive study with a qualitative approach. To do this, the importance of the educational software "Story Jumper" in the production of texts, in the 2nd grade of primary education, was first analyzed. Second, the use that educational software can have for teachers in the aforementioned grade was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that the teachers value that the software contributes mainly to developing the creativity of the students, through a different way of learning than the conventional one. Likewise, the greatest challenge that its application requires, on the part of teachers, is the need to know in depth this technological tool, which requires a particular training process.
